A quantitative framework for early detection of type 2 diabetes
Type 2 diabetes is defined by glucose thresholds. But the pancreas adapts and begins to fail years before those thresholds are crossed — silently, in measurable ways. My research turns that adaptation into a quantitative early-detection framework. Three U.S. provisional patents cover the work.
