Custom engagements
Custom engagements are scoped to deliverables on request, including pre-clinical development strategy, mechanism / target evaluation, and investor scientific due diligence. Scope, timeline, and pricing are determined during the free scoping call.
Hourly time is available to existing clients for follow-on questions, billed at $500/hour once an engagement establishes scope. New work is shaped by deliverable rather than billable hour — substantive biotech advisory requires context.
